Dreams become a reality only when we have a vision that we are willing to pursue.

I followed my dream over the last three years that created a life changing experience for my family and others around me.  As a nurse, I was not content with the everyday experience of my profession.  Watching people suffer from chronic diseases without consideration for healthier alternatives. I missed the opportunity to share a wealth of information that would transform their lives. I decided to share my knowledge and experiences with others.

I became a naturalista over eight years ago and this has been an amazing journey toward the path to my reality.  Growing my hair natural and avoiding the chemical opened my eyes to healthier balance between my mind, spirit, and body.  Women who wear their hair in it's natural state have more confident in the person God intended for them to be.  I share hope and inspire others to love themselves through my first publication Nubia's Guide to Going Natural.

My goal is to help you understand how to become a more confident person or self actualized.  The first part of my book helps you understand how I became natural.  The second part of the book provides helpful tools to allow you to embrace your kinks, flaws, and imperfections.  We just don't live in a perfect world and I've determine it is not and never will be my goal to create false reassurances. I am just a woman on a mission to help guide others toward a more rewarding positive life. Follow and join me, as I help others to reach a new reality in life.
